Science in Sport announce partnership with Eilish McColgan

Science in Sport (SiS) has signed an exclusive partnership with Eilish McColgan. The brand will support Britain’s top female long-distance runner as she builds up to her eagerly-awaited marathon debut.

McColgan has competed for Great Britain in the last three Olympic Games. In a stellar 2022, she broke the British 5K, 10K and half marathon records on the road. She also won gold in the Commonwealth Games in the 10,000m.

She holds European records for 10K and 10 miles. In her first track race of 2023, McColgan broke Paula Radcliffe’s 2002 British 10,000m record.

Science in Sport and Eilish McColgan: a new partnership

Science in Sport will support Eilish McColgan in her training and racing, with science-proven endurance nutrition products. This will enable her to optimize her fueling, hydration and recovery, so that she can perform at her best in what she promises to be a career-defining year.

Science in Sport recently signed a multi-year partnership with women’s marathon world champion Gotytom Gebreslase and The Elite Running Team.

McColgan have access to, and exclusively fuel with, Science in Sport’s complete endurance nutrition range. She will also take part in SiS’s research studies to inform practice and performance for the brand’s next generation of custom-made products.

The first race McColgan will run with SiS’s logo on her vest is the Berlin Half Marathon on 2nd April, where she will aim to break her own British record and PB of 66:26. Next, in the iconic London Marathon on 23rd April, she hopes to emulate her mother and her coach, Liz McColgan, who won in 1996.

Eilish McColgan will share her journey with Science in Sport across her social media channels, where she has a large following.
