Cheddar Gorge Half Marathon, Cheddar
A super-demanding course takes in Cheddar Gorge and Beacon Batch, the highest point on the Mendip Hills. It goes without saying that the route is hilly, and the terrain is varied and exciting, so off-road shoes are highly recommended. The new route is one lap, and for those feeling energetic, there’s a two-lap marathon option.

Bath Two Tunnels Half Marathon
Not a fan of the sunshine? Then this could be the race for you. This half marathon takes in many of Bath’s beautiful attractions, but also has long underground sections under the Devonshire Tunnel (408m) and the Combe Down Tunnel (1672m).

Stockport Hatters Half Marathon
This scenic race starts at Edgeley Park, home of Stockport County FC before heading off down the Trans Pennine Trail and River Mersey. There are great views and mostly flat trails on this out-and-back course. A great introduction to trail races.
